The role– Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development – you will cold call potential clients and explain the services you can offer and subsequently bringing on new roles.
- Source potential candidates through cold calls as well as LinkedIn and job boards.
- Guiding candidates through the whole process from start to finish as well as providing support and advice at all stages.
- Attending client meetings in order to find out specific hiring needs as well as maintaining an excellent relationship with them.
