The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £26k base pay with on target earnings in your first year of £55k+ through promotions and commission.
- First promotion typically seen in first 6 months- where base pay is increased to £30k.
- 25 days holiday + a two week company lock down over the Christmas period.
- Paid sabbatical after 3 years in the company – allowing you to travel the world.
- Yearly holiday incentives – based on your billings over a certain period of time. For instance trips have include an ALL EXPENSE PAID break to Marbella, Melbourne and a luxury ski weekend in Switzerland.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Outreach to potential candidates through cold calling, networking, and contacting them via LinkedIn.
- Business development – cold calling potential clients and explaining the services you can offer.
- Attending client meetings in order to find out specific hiring needs.
- Guiding the candidate through the full process from start to finish in addition to providing advice and support.
