Your Role
As an Executive Search Researcher, you will play a vital role in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top-tier talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth research to identify potential candidates using various online platforms and databases.
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Assisting in the development of search strategies and candidate profiles based on client requirements.
- Collaborating with our team of consultants to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

- Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyse information effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
