They are currently seeking 2 enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. Key Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and preferences.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Recent Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and resilient attitude, with the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for building relationships and helping others achieve their career goals.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment is advantageous but not essential.
