The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling- potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this
- Guiding candidates through the process- offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
- Attending client meetings- visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they after in their new hires
- Researching your sector in depth- Constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur
Ideal candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Resilient- keeping positive and constantly striving to better yourself even if a few setbacks occur
- Competitive in nature- a background in a competitive sport/ activity is highly desirable
- Money motivated- willing to go above and beyond to achieve your targets which therefore leads to you getting financially rewarded
- Previous experience in a sales environment- is highly desirable but not necessary
