As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll engage in headhunting for key positions such as CTO, CPO, CMO, CFO, and COO, providing exposure to leading professionals and diverse business landscapes. Role Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the end-to-end candidate process, from sourcing to offer management
- Collaborate with leading start-ups across Europe to shape the future of technology
- Negotiate and liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver suitable candidates
- Conduct proactive headhunting of top professionals
- Cultivate a strong social media presence and network with clients and candidates
- Maintain a robust global candidate pool and foster candidate relationships
- Manage databases and adhere to established processes and procedures
Candidate Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Graduate from a recognised university with a 2.1 or above
- Sales experience, preferably B2B, is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated work ethic and a desire to excel in recruitment
- Ambitious and driven mindset
- Confidence and professionalism in engaging with senior candidates
- Competitive spirit, as evidenced through sports or extracurricular activities
