The role- Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertisement, and networking
- Interviewing candidates and presenting them to clients they’d be a great fit for.
- Guiding them through the interview process, providing information and advice on particular processes
- Working on a role from start to finish and receiving commission on the successful placement of an individual
- Becoming an expert within your field, creating excellent rapport whilst building up your network on LinkedIn.
