The US market offers larger fees and they have seen graduates in the business earn £70,000+ in their first year and move into a managerial position by year 3. Top performers have taken home £250,000 in their 3rd year, the earning potential is endless!

Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant focusing on the US markets, you will be involved in the following key responsibilities:
- Assisting senior consultants in identifying, sourcing, and engaging with talented candidates primarily in the US market.
- Building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Collaborating with US-based clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and providing effective solutions.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our recruitment database and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and clients in the US.
- Strong organizational abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
