- £26k base salary which is increased to £28k on your first promotion and £30k on your second!!
- OTE first year is expected to be £72k+ with commission being uncapped and at 40%!!

The role will include: – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling potential candidates/ clients to promote your services and increase your deal potential.
- Research your particular market to enhance your understanding of up-and-coming advancements.
- Production of advertisement to promote job roles available from clients
- Approach candidates /clients through LinkedIn, Networking events etc
