What you’ll be doing as a Tech Recruitment Consultant:
- Handle the interview and candidate creation process with success.
- Oversee the onboarding of candidates.
- Create commercial opportunities
- Managing the candidate meeting efficiently
- Utilise headhunting and referrals to generate candidates in order to implement an efficient sourcing strategy.
- Create a networking opportunity for candidates.
- Relevant candidate qualifications in effect
- Presentation of the candidate including all necessary details
- Address candidate concerns in a way that is efficient.
- A fundamental knowledge of and adherence to the legal requirements for creating ads, providing applicant feedback, and qualifying candidates
