The Company – Executive Researcher
Working across the Private Equity and Investment Banking markets, you will work closely with your team to source the best C-suite individuals for your global enterprise clients. This will come with incredible exposure to not only an extremely strong and successful team within the business, but exceptional clientele across the globe.
You will receive structured training over a two year period, which has been built and designed to show you everything within the industry, whether that be research skills, objection handling, sales techniques, or just building your confidence within the market space.

- Starting salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6 months
- Quarterly bonus structure, making your OTE £55k in year one

The Role – Executive Researcher
- Researching the financial markets, specifically within Private Equity
- Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing passive candidates and understanding their experience and wants for a future role
- Managing the application process
- Creating reports of the processes, as well as trends within the market
- Consistently working towards individual and team targets
- Continuously updating the company database
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Researcher
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a client facing role
- Proven research skills – demonstrated through work, academia, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both on and off the phone
- Ambitious and driven to build a long and successful career
