The role – Associate Consultant
- Assisting senior consultants with research
- Outreaching to potential candidates and clients
- Winning new clients
- Building strong client and candidate relationships
- Building your own personal brand
- Attending client meetings
The ideal Associate Consultant will have the following experience and skills:
- Recent graduate
- Motivated by targets
- Flexible and adaptable
- Organized
- Resilience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
