The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Networking/ communicating with potential candidates for your clients roles
- Interviewing and shortlisting companies that are of most suitability to individuals
- Client meetings to gain insights into the characteristics they are after
- LinkedIn and cold calling outreach to discover new talent
- Advertisement production to enhance selection of candidates
- The continuous research of your market, through mapping and meetings.
