Excellent training is provided by the director of the company throughout your career as well as a training month at the beginning, to teach you all the tricks of the trade that provided the stepping stones for success in her career almost 25 years ago.

International opportunities are available for all employees with their US office set to open mid-2024 to join the team in London and Bristol.

The role would involve: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- The sourcing of potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and cold calling.
- Production of advertisements to increase applications from candidates
- Guiding candidates through the whole interview process providing advice/ information on the client’s
- Research into your market to understand trends and become an expert
