Our Client, a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

- £25,000 base salary

Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with experienced consultants to develop effective recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients
- Participate in business development activities to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients
Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Recent Graduate
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not required
