- Graduate from a top-tier university (2.1 or above) or sales experience (preferably B2B)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambitious and driven to become a market expert
What the Role Consists Of – Creative Recruitment Consultant:
- Craft exciting adverts to attract exceptional talent
- Source candidates through various methods, including headhunting
- Guide candidates through the process from screening to placement
- Follow leads, win new clients, and negotiate terms
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
