The Role – Graduate Executive Search Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and map potential candidates, predicting market trends.
- Utilize various methods, including databases and LinkedIn, to research potential candidates and conduct competitor analysis.
- Attend client meetings to understand position requirements and update progress.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Develop expertise in relevant industry sectors and stay abreast of market trends.
- Provide support in business development.
- Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Requirements :
- Graduate from a top university

- Articulate with good communication skills
