Our Client is a leading executive recruitment firm based in London that specializes in placing finance, strategy, and investment professionals at all levels across a wide range of industries. Their clients range from blue-chip multinational corporations to dynamic start-ups and growth businesses. They are now looking for a talented and ambitious recruitment consultant to join our team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top-tier candidates across a range of industries and sectors. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from FTSE 100 companies to boutique start-ups, building and managing relationships with clients and candidates alike.
On offer – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- £27,000 base salary

Responsibilities – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ businesses and their recruitment needs
- Source and screen candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor to both parties
- Negotiate and manage offers of employment, ensuring successful placement of candidates
- Attend client meetings and networking events to build relationships and generate new business
Requirements – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- Recent Graduate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates at all levels
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
