We have highly-skilled connections in industries such as construction and real estate, FMCG, media, retail, commodities, energy, telco, insurance, fintech, technology markets and Big 4 firms.
Our client is a niche recruitment consultancy firm focused exclusively on the provision of high-Calibre finance professionals across Core Finance, Tax, Treasury, Audit and Executive Search!
What they’re looking for in their next Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Competitive base salary of £25k
- OTE of £45-£55k in the first year and only going to increase year on year
- Fast track to management within the first 18 months

What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process (full training provided)
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, hosting events, and much more
- Attend and host specialist market events
- Build and nurture specialist market communities
- Be a brand ambassador for the business
- Be a key part of their current and future growth plans
Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated and or sales experience
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
- Commercially savvy + switched on
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Competitive when working towards targets
