Working across the financial markets, you will specialise in sourcing the best technology specialists for Hedge Funds in the UK and the US. You will work with developers and engineers and help sculpt how the financial world moves forward.
You’ll have the chance to travel and meet with clients all over the world, focusing on establishing excellent relationships with exclusive clients you bring on. The training provided in the role will aid you in becoming the go-to recruiter in this space, both in terms of your in-depth knowledge on the financial field, but also the skillset needed to find the best talent.

- £26k starting salary, rising with each promotion
- Amazing commission structure rising to 50% – previous consultants have earnt as much as £80k in their first year

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for meetings with your clients
- Managing the interview process and ensuring both parties are supplied with feedback
- Negotiating the right package for your candidates
- Building an online presence – advertising new roles, supplying market intel, and building your own personal brand
