- £26k base salary with on-target earnings in your first year being £65k+

The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling potential candidates/ clients to increase the amount of business, dealing with the rejection that can subsequently come from this.
- Guiding potential candidates through the whole interview process., providing support and advice on the different stages, whilst taking feedback.
- Networking via LinkedIn, phone calls etc
- Production of advertisements to increase the flow of candidates into your pipeline

- Previous work experience or degree educated
