Specialising in the financial services, technology, and data industries worldwide, this firm focuses on placing the top corporate leaders and board members, whist offering their expert advice on the market trends.
They have offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong, demonstrating their growth since 1977 as well as their stretch globally.
Driven by their commitment to developing clients, as well as their own growth, they are looking for 2 intelligent graduates to join their London office.

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets
- Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients
- Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths
- Preparing client reports to present to your senior team
- Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary
Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle interpersonal relationships with empathy
- Confident and able to communicate with a range of individuals at a senior level
- A results focused outlook
- Problem solving skills and ability to process information quickly
- Resilient; experience of overcoming obstacles to achieve results
- Fluent in any European language is a huge advantage but not essential
