Managing the whole 360 recruitment cycle and working closely with candidates and clients…
- Winning new clients through research and relationship building
- Learning about your clients companies and the requirements of the candidate/role
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, and networking
- Speaking with candidates and learning about their experience and wants for a new position
- Connecting candidates and clients by setting up interviews
- Acting as the middleman throughout the process and ensuring both parties have feedback
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates

- Recent graduate or someone who possesses sales experience
