Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing effective recruitment solutions.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct candidate interviews, assess skills, and match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and other team members to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
Qualifications – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and a desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
