The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Conducting business development to win new clients
- Meeting with clients and building excellent relationships
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Managing the interview process and passing on feedback/scheduling future meetings
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidate
- Building your network and consistently updating the database of past candidates
- Building your own brand on LinkedIn and creating content relevant to your network
- Keeping up to date with past candidates
