While many companies believe that your pay and earning potential should be your benefits, our clients do not believe this is how you should be rewarded for your hard work.
You can expect a base pay of £27k, with a set out career progression and rise to £30k after typically 3 months. On average earnings in your first year range from £60-75k, as doubling your salary isn’t a rarity but expected!
As well as exponential earning potentials you will also be given:
- Holiday incentive targets – which when reached allow you to go on an all-expenses paid 5* vacations. Previous destinations include: Marbella and New York
- Dinner and wine tasting outings at London’s best restaurants as a thanks for your work within the company
- Late start and early finishes on a Friday, with 32 days of holiday a year. A good work life balance is important to the business

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
The basis of what your role will include each day will vary, which is excellent for individuals who thrive in constantly changing environments. The amount of different clients and candidates you deal with will always provide you exciting experiences. You will also carry out:
- Candidate sourcing through cold calling, InMail and LinkedIn to match the criteria set by the clients for the ideal individual for the role
- Client meetings to keep up to date with the characteristics they are after within their employees as well as new avenues within their businesses
- Networking to expand your presence within the technological market
- Continuous research on new leads and advancements within tech
Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
Someone is who hardworking, ambitious and financially motivated!
Bonus points if you have;
- 6 months + sales experience (estate agency, B2B sales, telesales, etc)
- Worked in a start-up previously
