- Our client works with a wide range of technology & data-driven organisations, all at different stages of growth.
- Working with a diverse range of clients such as Zeco, Monzo and ITV to name a few.
- 18 years of building long-lasting relationships with insightful sourcing with offices across Manchester and London.
- 18 out of the 44 have achieved well-deserved promotions across the board since 2021.
- 14 new starters have joined them since 2022 and they’re busier than they’ve ever been and looking to grow even more year on year!
What you’ll get as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Competitive base salary of £25k
- OTE of £45k in the first year and more

The Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Generating new business
- Talking to both clients and candidates and nurturing the relationship
- Reading through CVs
- Preparing candidates for the process
- Networking
- Smashing your targets to tap into the unlimited money that the industry offers
What they’re looking for as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Sales experience or Commercial experience
- Sporting interest! Played sport or love it!
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership
- Drive, ambition, and want for continued success
- Highly motivated and financially driven
- Fast learner
