Our client helps find people who conduct statistical analysis and predictive modelling for the development of automated trading strategies. This includes HFT, Alpha signal generation, Statistical Arbitrage as well as Execution and other eTrading algorithms.
They have been working with a number of their current clients since the firms inception in 2006 to the present day. They also find themselves in the position of regularly working with new clients who have been personally recommended to them by people who know them trust them to deliver!

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process (full training provided)
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, hosting events, and much more
- Attend and host specialist market events
- Build and nurture specialist market communities
- Be a brand ambassador for the business
- Be a key part of their current and future growth plans
Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated and or sales experience
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
- Commercially savvy + switched on
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Competitive when working towards targets
