The Company – Recruitment Consultant

You will join the team as a Resourcer and gain access to all desks, before choosing your specialism and learning directly off the manager in that space.

The next few years are exciting for the company, as they have plans to open up offices in the US and Europe, meaning they will sponsor anyone hoping to move abroad for their career.

- Starting salary of £27k-£33k DOE
- Industry leading commission structure rising to 50%, seeing your earning potential in year one being £50k-£80k (based on previous consultants first years)

The Role – Recruitment Consultant
- Connecting with hiring managers within the technology field and learning about the roles they need filled
- Researching potential candidates for the role, and conducting outreach to get them interested in the role
- Managing the end-to-end interview process – booking meetings, passing on feedback, negotiating the best contract etc.
- Consistently updating the company database with past and present candidates
- Building an online presence whilst showcasing your own brand and building out your network
Ideal Candidate – Recruitment Consultant
- Background working in sales or recruitment (phone based role/working towards targets/earning commission etc.)
- OR worked in a commercial role for 6+ months
- Resilient and competitive
- Ambitious and looking to build a long and successful career
- Naturally competitive
