- Base salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6 months
- Added quarterly bonus (OTE: £45k)

The Role – Executive Researcher
- Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets
- Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients
- Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths
- Preparing client reports to present to your senior team
- Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Researcher
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Background in sales is desirable however not essential
- Evidence of strong work ethic through internships/part-time work/placements etc.
- Commercially minded and naturally inquisitive
- Team player
- Articulate and confident interacting with a range of individuals
