The Company – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Specialising within the FinTech space, you will sit on the Quant Trading desk and help source excellent talent for your clients both in the UK and the US. You will work alongside one of the top performers in the business who is consistently seeing £10k+ paycheques, and only in their second year of the company.
You’ll have 1-1 coaching from your direct manager, but also have unlimited access to the learning and development team, meaning the support you’ll get is unmatched to a lot of firms on the market. This will unsure you gain all the skills needed to be successful and climb the career ladder quickly.
The Benefits – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- £25k salary, rising with each promotion
- Uncapped commission structure (rising to 40%), with additional bonus coming in from your candidates profit in their role
- OTE in year one is £55k, year two is £70k, and year three is £100k+ (completely what you make of it!)

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Attending client meetings to build relationships with organisations
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, and headhunting on LinkedIn
- Manging the end-to-end interview process and negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Building an online presence and creating content relevant to your network
- Consistently working towards individual and team targets

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Resilient and motivated by targets
- Hardworking with evidence of working alongside studies
- Financially driven and wanting to earn over a basic pay
