Who will you be working for? – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
A world-leading recruitment firm is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team in their London-based office, they want an individual who will grab every opportunity thrown at them to excel in their career. International opportunities are available with offices in New York, Sydney, and Vancouver providing endless options. Specialising in the financial sector of recruitment they are experts in hedge funds, investment banking and stocks. They have only been operating for 8 years and within that time they have built up a lot of respect in the industry, defying all expectations for a startup.
Set up by two directors with over 25+ years of experience in the financial sector of recruitment, they want to pass on their words of wisdom to the next generation and bring their company to the next level. The benefits- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £26k base salary with on-target earnings in your first year being £65k+

The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Managing the full 360 process from start to finish
- Cold-calling potential candidates and clients, onboarding new roles
- Attending client meetings, finding out the specific hiring needs, and building great relationships
- Researching your market and becoming an expert within your field
