You will join the technology recruitment team and specialise in sourcing the best talent within Data and analytics across the globe. The company has offices in London, Berlin, Austin, and Australia, showing just how far their reputation stretches.
You’ll have the chance to work with big brands such as Monzo, Haribo, and Lego, which are only a few of the firm’s top clients. Each manager in the business has progressed from a trainee, demonstrating not only the success of the training programme but also the organic growth you can expect to see as a member of the team.

- Starting salary of £25k, rising with each promotion
- Commission structure going up to 40% with no threshold.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Candidate sourcing achieved through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for meetings with your clients
- Managing the whole application process
- Ensuring your candidates receive the contract they are looking for
- Building your network and updating your database on passive candidates
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Financially driven and looking to earn over your basic pay
- Resilient nature and ability to bounce back from rejection
- Confident speaking with clients and candidates alike
- Excellent team player with strong problem-solving skills
