The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Bringing on new clients through business development
- Sourcing new candidates through headhunting and advertisement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Managing the process from candidates to clients, negotiating salaries, closing deals, providing feedback etc
The ideal candidate for this role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Hardworking and results driven individual
- Competitive in nature- previous participation in sports/ competitive hobby highly sort after but not necessary
- Money motivated!!
