Working across Europe, the US, and Asia, you will receive completely unrivalled exposure to the Hedge Fund and Investment Banking market worldwide. This comes with full access to speak with the most experienced and impressed C-Suite individuals and truly immerse yourself into the market, learning everything there is to learn along the way.
By joining this boutique team, with only 15 heads in their London office, you will get complete access to the Directors of the business and 1-1 support and training in order to give you all of the tools needed to be successful.
Within 5 years, you will have the opportunity to lead your own team and start hiring researchers below you to help expand the firm. If this sounds good, then keep reading ahead!

- Starting salary of £33k, rising to £35k after 6 months

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Mapping the financial markets and understanding the top players in the industry
- Working closely with your manager to shortlist suitable candidates
- Creating reports to present to your team on the searches
- Keeping up to date with market trends
- Working towards and exceeding targets
Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Hardworking – evidence of working alongside education
- Driven to build a career
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Confidence speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
- Resilient and able to bounce back from rejection and failure
