The company- Research Associate Consultant
You will specialise in the placement of senior individuals into the world’s leading financial firms, through researching your market, networking, and keeping up with current trends this role will provide you with all the opportunities to be successful. Last year’s intake of trainees saw them all within a year socialise into their niche and work directly with the partners of established financial firms.
Established in 2012 they have achieved and surpassed every milestone that was set out for their progression. They have big plans set out, with offices expected to open in Austin and Sydney in 2025.

- £28k base which is increased to £30k after probation
- The first few weeks include shadowing the partner, providing you with a hands-on approach to learning about the industry

The role- Research Associate Consultant
- Researching your niche within the market, understanding all the current trends, and understanding all relevant terminology
- The winning of new roles, by presenting in front of clients the services you will be able to provide, backing it up with data that you’ve completed
- Attending client meetings to find out their exact hiring needs to start searching for the correct individual to take on this role with the correct experience
- Reaching out to potential candidates with the proposition, and organising calls , explaining what the new role would entail and offer
