The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Basic salary of £24k rising to £25k after 3months
- OTE in year one of £55k, year two of £80k, year three of £100k+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through cold calling
- Keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing new talent through headhunting and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for your clients
- Managing the process, including preparing candidates
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidate
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recently graduated with a 2:1 or above
- Hard working and worked alongside studies
- OR have been working in a commercial setting
- Confident speaking with a range of people on and off the phone
- Financially and target driven
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure and rejection
