The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working across the technology market in Europe and the US, you will have full exposure from day one to the top clients the company works with. This includes BIG names such as Asos, Santander, and Depop.
With the company being so international, they also offer the opportunity to work abroad in one of their offices for any time period that you wish after 2 years’ service in the business. This will offer the chance to soak up other methodologies, and travel whilst you work!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will start off working as a 180 consultant (working just the candidate side), and progress into a 360 role after your first promotion;
- Business development – winning of new clients
- Attending client meetings and building excellent relationships
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting, advertising, and networking
- Updating the database with candidates
- Managing the end to end interview process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Building your brand on LinkedIn
- Working towards personal and professional targets and goals
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Financially driven and wanting to earn more than a base pay
- Resilient and able to bounce back from rejection
- Hardworking and wanting to go above and beyond
- Ambitious and looking for a long career
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals
