The role- Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant
- Understanding your market, through various methods of training from the company.
- Networking with candidates and clients, through LinkedIn and events to further establish yourself in the market.
- Prepping of candidates for various interview processes and enhancing their knowledge of the legal industry.
- Cold calling, organising interview schedules and placing candidates into suitable roles.
The ideal candidate- Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated or relevant experience- doesn’t need to be within legal sector
- Hardworking, resilient individual that is competitive in nature
- Individual who wants to progress their career and lead a team
