The company- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Specialising in the fast-paced technological sector within cyber security and FinTech, they are looking to onboard SIX Trainee Recruitment Consultant over the next few months. This is a firm that believes in the investment of their employees through extensive training throughout your career and 1-1’s with the director monthly. In the last year the company have successfully onboarded 25 new employees due to fast paced progression .Trainees have been achieving at least two promotions a year within this market, as it becomes more buoyant as advances take place within the world. - £26k base salary
- OTE first year is expected to be £72k+ with commission being uncapped and at 40%!!

The role will include:- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling potential candidates/ clients to promote your services and increase your deal potential.
- Researching your particular market to enhance your understanding of up and coming advancements.
- Production of advertisement to promote job roles available from clients
- Approach candidates /clients through LinkedIn, Networking events etc
