- £25,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £65,000 in your first year)

What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Researching new clients to generate new business
- Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Earning commission!
What you need to be a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Completed A-Levels
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
- Bubbly personality, that can have fun
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Hard working and resilient
