A leading Finance and Tech agency are looking for an Associate Director to help grow their presence within the Data market and focus on hires across the U.K and Europe – Associate Director
The Firm – Associate Director
- Looking to triple their headcount by 2025 as they gear up for a sale.
- Offer WFH opportunities (Up to three days per week).
- High performing company with individuals billing on average £600k-£800k per year.
- Last year the top biller did £1.6 million – Lot’s of room for success.
Role of Associate Director
- Overseeing your team within Data (6 people).
- Active billing role – both perm and contract.
- Maintain good relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Monthly meetings with Directors to report on the progress of your team.
- Focus on growing out the Data desk within the market.
What are the firm offering a future Associate Director?
- Base salary: £70k-£80k
- Commission structure goes up to 40% + offering kickers (up to £100k in guarantees)
- Path to equity upon promotion to Director (Opportunity to bring home a piece of the pie).

What do you need to be considered for Associate Director?
- A proven track record within the Data Recruitment Market.
- Billings north of £400k.
- Proven BD experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial position.
- Highlight motivated individual, who wants to be the best they can be.
