- £27k base salary which increases to £30k after the first 3 months!!!

The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling potential candidates and clients to onboard new roles within the company
- Guide candidates through the full 360 process, providing help and support along the way, whilst also negotiating salary etc
- Producing adverts for roles you are currently hiring for, whilst also reaching to individuals on LinkedIn etc
- Networking via LinkedIn, phone calls, and referrals to increase presence in this buoyant market
