The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Conducting research on the market and understanding the top players in the industry
- Winning new clients through business development
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with your clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting and advertising
- Managing the end to end interview process
- Negotiating salaries on behalf of your candidate
- Building your own brand online
