- Starting salary of £25k, with an increase to £27k after your first promotion
- Earning potential of £50k in your first year, with an uncapped commission structure rising to 45%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Researching the technology market and building market maps
- Sourcing new clients through business development
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Finding top candidates for your candidates through headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for interviews with your clients
- Managing the application process
- Ensuring your candidates gets the sign on package they were after
- Building your online brand and working towards targets set

- Degree educated in any discipline OR a background working in sales
- Hardworking with evidence of work experience
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure
- Ambitious and driven to build a long lasting career
- Financially driven and wanting to earn way above a basic pay
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
