The day-to-day of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
- Keeping up to date with your market niche
- Attending client meetings with senior consultants and taking briefs
- Sourcing potential candidates for specific roles through headhunting, advertising and using database
- Shortlisting candidates to present to clients
- Prepare and guide candidates through the process
- Take candidate and client feedback
Who would make the ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
- A degree in any discipline OR recruitment/ commercial work experience
- Career driven
- The ability to work under-pressure and autonomously

- Great communication and interpersonal skills
