The Role – Investment Banking – Executive Search Consultant
- Becoming an industry expert, developing knowledge of relevant industry sectors, researching industry trends
- Forging long and trusting relationships with both candidates and clients
- Participate in candidate management
- Provide support in the business development process,
- Market mapping, understanding key potential candidates, and predicting market moves
- Researching potential candidates and competitor analysis and strategy reports
- Attending client meetings and updating meetings, creating meeting reports and gaining a good understanding of client requirements
