Who is the COMPANY you will work for as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
You will join a very high-performing team within their Cyber Security division. You’ll work with your senior team to source the best Cyber professionals and place them into international Hedge Funds, mainly working within the US market. This also offers the opportunity to relocate to their Chicago office further down the line if you wish.
All consultants who have joined the firm over the past 5 years have progressed into a managerial role (4+ promotions) within 2.5 years, and all have earned over £50k in their first year at the company, demonstrating the success you can expect to see in your career.
Alongside this, the training on offer is like no other. It consists of classroom sessions (the ‘academy’) where you’ll run through everything to make a successful recruiter and build your knowledge within the FinTech space, but you’ll also attend numerous networking events and meet your clients and candidates face to face.

- Consistently updating the company database with new candidates and clients
- Building an online brand on LinkedIn with relevant market content
- Working towards individual and team targets
