The Company- Executive Search Consultant
Based in the heart of central London, specialising in the finance sector- specifically hedge funds, they are on track for their best year revenue, with individuals in their first year already surpassing one million in billings. Set up by two directors with over 25 years of experience, you will be provided with excellent mentorship from the beginning of your career to facilitate you to your first MILLION. Working with the likes of Aviva Investors, Marshall Wace, and Capula Investment Management LLP.
A role that truly allows you to become an expert in your market, with great training provided through the shadowing of consultants to client meetings and research methods for the first few months of the role. The opportunity to build a team from under you is supported, with opportunities to open international offices also available.

- £30k base salary with on-target earnings in your first year being £65k+

The Role- Executive Search Consultant
- Liaising with potential clients, providing descriptions of the services you can provide and outcomes.
- In-depth research into your particular market, through market mapping.
- Creating job descriptions, whilst also attending further in-depth meetings/ research to finalize the search plan.
- Creation of short lists for the clients.
The Ideal Candidate- Executive Search Consultant
- Hardworking and results-driven individual.

- Degree educated or relevant experience within the field.
