- The company was founded in 2010 and has a current headcount of 90.
- They are currently setting up offices in New York – so it is an exciting time to join, with the opportunity to relocate in the next year if this is something of interest.
- The company is very established within the Financial market – giving you the opportunity to grow out an area of business within a successful business.

What is on Offer? Senior Data Recruiter
- A base salary of £40K – £50K.
- Commission which goes up to 50%.
- Leadership and Development programs to support your professional development.
- Working alongside £1 Million Pound Billers.
- 1 to 1 mentorship.
- Individuals on average bill between £400K – £500K so a lot of room for success here!!
The Ideal Candidate for the role as Senior Data Recruiter
- 2-4 years within the Data recruitment sector.
- Has BD experience – experience both bringing on clients and candidates.
- Billings of around £200K+ from last year.
- Experience across Perm OR contract.
- Highly motivated individual who wants to be the best they can be!
